- AAAfricanSn0w2 days ago1.0Saturday at 4:55 they are supposed to be open for window service until 5:30, but they aren't. They also take two hour lunches I've noticed, which they keep the window closed throughout the entire duration
- RFRico Fish4 days ago1.0Has to be the worst post office, they are never open at the post-it hours, always understand, no supplies and dirty. I would go somewhere else if you could.
- RWRuth Wilson6 days ago1.0Kiosk wasnt working/couldn't read my barcode. Went to the counter only to be told by the woman working "Im not helping anymore customers today, you have to use the kiosk. I'm just too busy to help customers." I informed her the kiosk was not working for me, and I had already spent 15-20 mins trying to get the kiosk to work only for it to keep giving me an error. She continued to say, "I'm not helping customers today. You'll have to just go to another location for a person to help you." Frankly, that is ridiculous. She spent more time and effort telling me "I'm too busy to help customers" than it would have taken her to just help print my label so we could both go about our day. To make matters worse, the whole time I was having issues with the kiosk, she was sitting in her car watching me through the window having issues! If you're genuinely too busy then dont have the customer service counter open, and edit your hours of operation for the location.

- SHSean HadleySep 5, 20261.0The employees hide in the back during business hours refusing all people in line. Literally watched them pull the plugs on the kiosks then tell people they are closing for the day. They close when they are supposed to be open and when they are there they just sit and play on their phone ignoring anyone that comes in. Don’t bother trying to get help because they don’t care.
