  There stupid. I was trying ship something internationally and they say I could and so I provided the address and they said I was making up some address because they couldn’t locate it even when I called the person I try ship it to to confirm it was a real address because the person was a family member from a different country but they still refuse and said I could he in prison for providing false statement. I even show documents and photos to prove to them and they had the nerve to say I photoshop it. Why would I ship a package somewhere to somewhere made up and waste my time and money? Obviously they wasted my time and to dumb and unknowledgeable to know anything. They need a better need a better education. He then started to threaten me alot. Then one his Co workers came and walked in and attack me to. They then threaten to call the cops on me and get me arrested for not leaving there property and call it private property all because they claim I gave them a false address. They also said they can give me a fine and life in prison for giving them false information. They full of drama and pathetic and so stupid.

  I can’t say enough about Jeff, CSA and Mike, FedEx delivery specialist. They went above and beyond to ensure a very critical package made it to me today. I am so thankful for their amazing service. God Bless! I will make sure to use Fed Ex first!

  Amazing been trying to schedule automated pickups for 2 weeks guaranteed it was set up no pickups for 2 weeks terminal finally called to verify all my information and guaranteed a pickup was coming today 3:00 Guess what no pickup That's why I hate FedEx totally unhelpful
