- TSTaylor Seeley1 day ago5.0Had a piece of mail stuck in Cleveland since June 30th that was extremely time sensitive that we needed by this evening. I spoke with who I assume is a supervisor there, Maria, who tracked down where the piece of mail was, and even sent a post office employee to retrieve it who then delivered it right to our door. We are extremely happy with the lengths their staff went to in order to help us, could not recommend them enough!
- IPIan Ponsetto2 days ago1.0Drove over an hour to get a background check done and their fingerprint device doesn’t work. “Call before you come in next time.” is what the guy at the desk said. Which I did, multiple times, but nobody answers the phone. No apologies, no offer for how to actually get ahold of a post office. Useless AND rotten customer service. So glad our tax dollars go fund to this ridiculous place.
- AAAshMay 28, 20261.0This location does not honor its' passport appointments. I paid to park, walked over, and was told in a less than polite manner that there was no one on staff that could do passport applications and so all of the appointments for the day are canceled. I received no prior notice for this cancelation and wasted time and money in traveling there. I was also incorrectly informed that the county clerk's office would accept same day passport applications. I walked over there just to discover that they do not, in fact, accept passport applications without appointments.

- SXSiwen XiaoMay 12, 20261.0The staff is impatient and rude… I handed my first package to him and told him here’s the code for the first package, and he asked me which package was going to this address. I couldn’t believe what I heard cuz the first package was right in front of him.. so I asked what he said several times and he became impatient and sighed at me…and later he literally told me “seal it up” in a rude way…Also the staff seems to be wearing AI smart glasses which might have violated customer privacy without informing the customers
