- MMMohan MadhavaramApr 16, 20261.0Dropped off a package to be delivered at PO BOX address on Friday afternoon and the online tracking never moved from label creation status. When I called this store, the manager said they can’t control it and I have to call USPS since it’s PO BOX related. And I talked to the USPS staff in person and they said they are unable to the track the shipment. On Wednesday, I went to the same UPS store and I asked the staff if my shipment got picked up from this store or not on Friday. Basically, these guys dumped my package in the back in a random bin and didn’t bother to check until I asked about it. This is not acceptable. I don’t know what these guys were expecting to do with that package. This is total negligence and these guys caused a lot of trouble for me by not shipping the important package on time.
