- CSCasie ShannonSep 25, 20265.0I couldn’t have had a better experience at Staples in Westgate Plaza. Chris, Lance, Frank, and Ashely gave us exemplary service - A+!
- DFDennis FultonSep 25, 20265.0Great service
- LFLuis FlorezSep 17, 20261.0Not reliable at all! Worst experience! I made a mistake thinking they would take care of my online order marked for same-day pickup. I really needed it; I submitted my order to print some special pictures for my 10th anniversary. They had the whole day to call me and let me know they couldn't have my order ready in time so I could try something else; however, I found out my pictures weren't ready after driving there after 7PM. Outcome: nothing but my money back… when, of course, the money wasn't even important. Thank you for ruining the surprise I planned for my wife.
- BBB. ButtonSep 16, 20265.0Do NOT take your AMAZON Retrns to this location!!!! Apparently, this location signed a "No Compete" clause with the UPS Store in the same -Westgate Plaza some 22 years ago. They are not allowed to put any signage up to warn customers about the lack of Amazon returns! Don't take your frustrations out on the check-out staff they feel the frustrations as much as you do!!
- MHmelina hintonSep 3, 20265.0Please give Frank a raise, today he saved the day for me!!! He just happened to be outside due to a thunderstorm we just had and as I was driving by he noticed that I had a flat tire. He got my attention and then offered to pump up my tire with his air charger gadget he had so I could get going. He got my tire pumped up and I was on my way !! This was above and beyond any expectation I would have had for Staples customer service ! Thank you Frank !!!!!
