- FHFuller HousepetsJul 1, 20261.0The customer service line is pointless. Call and get a robot, get sent overseas to a call center that cannot actually do anything. Driver just took off speeding in my neighborhood and did not leave my package. Just drove away with no note or anything. Customer service found my package but I had to wait for another day when the drive drove by 2 more times!
- MMMacJul 1, 20261.0Just an awful experience all around. Driver did not ring bell, knock, or stick around long enough for my dogs to notice. Just long enough to leave a note and see me open my door. Had to pick up package.
- RRRJul 1, 20261.0Did not knock on door when noted on the account and delivery instructions. The driver drove away as i ran out the door. Resulted in me not getting my package for 3 days when I paid for it to be delivered in 1. Their customer service and entire website is useless.
- MTMarc TassinDec 11, 20251.0Thanks for throwing our packages in the snow bank beside the road instead of placing them on the porch like literally every other shipping company. Never use FedEx.
