I am writing to share my experience with one person named YUMA. She is a short, older lady, with long honey-yellow blond hair, and an accent. I came in to this location on July 26th, 2025 to return some internet equipment, Yuma helped me with returning my equipment. I made another appearance, yesterday, Sunday August 3rd, 2025, after receiving an email from my previous internet provider, stating they did not receive the equipment.
So I went up there, to see where the disconnect may have been, and I was directed to speak to YUMA. I politely explain the situation, and she says, “oh, I can help you. Yes, i think I remember you.” She then asks me for a receipt, which I reply, I wasn’t given one. She says, we always give receipts with transactions, I say, well, you’re the one that helped me, and didnt give one. She then asks for my name, says she’ll see what she can do, if she can find it in the system. She takes my name, and literally says that It shows no record of me or of me returning the device. I told her, “you can’t be serious. You're the one that helped me and took the internet device from me.” She said, “I understand the frustration, you can call customer service.”LOL. I asked for a manager. She said there wasn’t one available today. I asked, when is the next time the manager is available? She says, I regret to inform you, but he is on vacation for like 2 weeks, and won’t be back to handle this situation. I said, IS there ANYONE else I can talk to. Yuma tells me, there’s no else here to help you. There’s nothing we can do, just call customer service, but not today, because today is Sunday, so call a different day. I said, there’s cameras here, can’t you just look at them from July 26th, and see that I was in here? She told me no.I told her I dont think she understands the severity of the situation. That she is literally saying I wasn’t there to return the equipment that SHE Helped me with, and that I’m nowhere in the system to be found. I told her that’s a literal lawsuit of fraud. Her response was, “You can do whatever you want. Have a great day”
It took me having to call another FEDEX store, to find out I WAS in the system, and they even emailed me the receipt, that YUMA so effortlessly claimed I wasn’t there for. They even told me that the whole “call the customer service number” would have done nothing, because they do not deal with internet returns. So another effortless attempt from YUMA, in order to derail me. Another associate at the store where YUMA works, even walked out of the store, and came to grab me out of my car, and FOUND ME IN THEIR SYSTEM, after YUMA said there was no record of me being there.
All in all, IF YOU MEET YUMA, I encourage you to steer clear of her. She is not worth your time. For a woman to represent FedEx and give intentional misrepresentation so easily, she was HIGHLY unprofessional, lacked compassion, and an overall liar. Find anyone else in there to ask questions to, or help from. But not YUMA, anyone but YUMA. This is my second encounter with her, and this experience, by far, trumps the last one I had. I hope this helps!
