- GDGenareed DurbinAug 8, 20265.0The man who Assisted me was kind and helpful. The post office paper work is a mess. Not just in Alpena but across the country. They still can't get me my mail since the last of June. I moved and that caused the confusion. 5 stars is for the man at the counter. 1 star is more than enough for the rules he has to work with.

I have no confidence in this post office... pathetic

The manager came out to talk to me and looked for the package himself. He didn't find it and said he would keep looking into it. He called the next day and said he found it and it would be delivered today. Great Job! Thank you!
