- EOEmi OfallTradesJul 27, 20261.0They have been losing my mail for a few months now even though I get pictures from the people I ordered from on their side that says delivered. They hold my packages and letters stating I have to pay extra postage the few times I do get stuff. I always have to pay extra for something even though I prepare for everything. They are rude. They don’t even check. They don’t answer phones. Possibly don’t open a box here. Read the reviews first
- DGDanny GriffithJun 3, 20261.0I’ve had multiple issues with this location and its staff over the years, but this morning was especially disappointing. I’ve been mailing CBD/hemp products through USPS for nearly 10 years without any problems. Today, however, an employee refused my shipment because he apparently didn’t believe it was allowed. A quick check of USPS policies would have confirmed that compliant hemp-derived products can be mailed. As a result, my package will now be delayed reaching a customer who has already paid for it. As a small business owner, delays like this can have a real impact on my reputation and income. Allegan Post Office, please make sure employees are properly trained on current mailing regulations so customers don’t have to deal with unnecessary delays and confusion.

Who are these people? I apologize to the poor residents that have to deal with these postal workers at this location. Definitely not good for local living experience for residents.

Since the forwarding sticker covered original label he didn't know it wasn't for him, and he opened it. Long story short, he opened his birthday present 5 months early !! Way to go post office, fed ex from now on ! And if you try to call, the keep you on hold literally for an hour !
