- CPCasey Penney5 days ago2.0This place is so under staffed, and always looks like it’s in a remodel. The order, blonde lady manager is so rude. She acts like we are bothering her day by showing up. Then she chucks my package into a bin, which had glass in it and I said “that has glass please don’t throw it” and said “that’s nothing compared to what UPS does”. That shouldn’t really matter. No one greats you or says “we will be right with you”. Half of them stand around talking while you wait. Unfortunately it’s the only option here is good old Adrian.

- AAAppAug 19, 20261.0I was at the Adrian Staples and while checking me out, the manager was extremely rude to me and took my phone out of my hands without my consent and downloaded the staples app after I said I wasn't interested. I have heard from my neighbors that they have had her steal their phones and download the app onto their phones without permission. One neighbor told me she refuses to be signed up for corporations and that she found out the same manager had taken her information from an online purchase and signed her up without her consent. I think her name is Cindy. I will not be shopping at this store if my information and property is collected and tampered with without my consent.

Kohl’s was gracious and explained that a Staples return could not be done at Kohl’s. The Kohl’s associate tried to help me switch to a Kohl’s Amazon return, but it was not an option. Staples has horrible customer service.
