- LKLisa KulczykJan 23, 20241.0Made an appointment for our passport and arrived 10 mins early. We were not greeted kindly by any means, but this seems to be customer service these day. She asked for our application. I stated I was lead to believe you have the applications here and would help us fill it out. She chuckled and stated "no we don't" and hands us the applications with no overview or education to assist us with filling it out the application. She then states "and you need to reschedule your appointment". She was very rude and not helpful at all. Go somewhere else if your looking to get your passport.

There is no notice, no mail and no evidence that the postman even came by, light snow, no tracks in the driveway or anywhere near the mailbox. Why bother tracking a package when they are going to lie about the delivery anyway.
