  We recently used this UPS Store to help us ship furniture within the US and box furniture to transport by air internationally. The staff in the store were exceptionally helpful, professional and very friendly and caring about the sentimental furniture we were trying to relocate. Everything made it to it's final destination in perfect condition. I would highly recommend using this store as the staff are great and very knowledgeable about all things packing and shipping. Thank you to everyone!

  When they work they work but they also often don't. The concept of needing a signature for a package is always annoying. It makes sense why you want one but you don't tell the person receiving the package what time, and so they're supposed to wait all day on the chance the delivery shows up when they're available and paying attention. If you want a signature you should tell the customer you'll be there at the specified time and actually be there along with no nonsense of barely knocking and then sticking a note saying "our bad we couldn't get to you." I understand the workers have a lot to deliver but sure in the big 26 you have figured out how to have a guy delivering things in a certain specified time frame if needed? I've had packages delivered that are worth over 300 dollars and just left out on the porch, no notice no need for a signature. But when it's something much lower in value suddenly a signature is required. This makes zero sense. Yes the ups facility in wells is closed so where do you want me to review ups and their poor service then? You're a ups store.

  I’ve been here 4 times. Every time feels like my business is just an inconvenience. I have come to rely on their computer (which you pay to use) to print my return labels. Today it was out of order. They would not allow me to email the return label directly to them. It just always seems like a fight to get anything returned here.

  Judging from these reviews, I guess I shouldn't take the rude behavior of the woman who does the notarizing personally. She needs customer service training big time. This wasn't the first episode with her. Definitely will go out of my way to not ever go to that store in the future! Reply to owner's response: I apologized to the notary for being late due to traffic she did not acknowledge by even looking up or even a grunt. She was very gruff throughout the few questions (No biggie, that's her personality). Upon finishing up I said thank you - again not any response whatsoever -instead she turned her back and ignored me to ask the other (polite person) what her register code was. I said "Have a nice day" as I turned to leave - yup, you guessed it - Not any acknowledgement at all! I call that rude, very rude! Rather than being so defensive as seen in the many other reviews similar to mine your time would be better spent with a little customer service training for this employee.
