As a courtesy to each other, we have sent the UPS driver or the package in the correct direction: instead, I was told you don't have the time. We just sent it back. I would hope you would be respectful to those you can help and provide a call if necessary: this was not appreciated and created business problems here. You're a UPS store and I would expect you have the time to make things right for someone who has been in your plaza for 35 years. Instead, whoever answered the phone couldn't be bothered, argued with me and hung up the phone. None of this was neighborly. Attorney Russell Goldsmith

- JGJames GarnacheJul 13, 20231.0Judging from these reviews, I guess I shouldn't take the rude behavior of the woman who does the notarizing personally. She needs customer service training big time. This wasn't the first episode with her. Definitely will go out of my way to not ever go to that store in the future! Reply to owner's response: I apologized to the notary for being late due to traffic she did not acknowledge by even looking up or even a grunt. She was very gruff throughout the few questions (No biggie, that's her personality). Upon finishing up I said thank you - again not any response whatsoever -instead she turned her back and ignored me to ask the other (polite person) what her register code was. I said "Have a nice day" as I turned to leave - yup, you guessed it - Not any acknowledgement at all! I call that rude, very rude! Rather than being so defensive as seen in the many other reviews similar to mine your time would be better spent with a little customer service training for this employee.
