- HHHugoJul 14, 20261.0The customer service is terrible, rarely is the office open and even when they are the employees have very little patience for any sort of question or basic service. Likewise their hours are constantly changing and usually they will not supply anyone’s PO Box with their packages until days after they have arrived. Also if your package doesn’t fit in the PO Box when it arrives they usually don’t scan it until you pick it up at their office, which as I said, is rarely open. As of writing the complaints they were receiving were so constant and biting that the employees put up a sign saying,”If you have a complaint, call Susan Collins, because it isn’t our fault she defunded us.” Which both is against their conduct to put up, and offers no excuse for their employees horrible attitudes and lack of professionalism. There are clearly multiple issues happening simultaneously at this Post Office and I would invite anyone who is looking to receive or send packages to go the Coopers Mills Post Office instead. I sincerely hope the management and service improve, but there is no sign of that ever happening.
