We have had several years of terrible mail service in Westbrook Maine. Not receiving our mail for up seven days. Receiving other people's mail and not picking up our out going mail. We don't leave mail out any more we take it to the post office. After several different delivery people we finally got a good one and started receiving mail on a regular basis again . Just recently it started again not receiving mail . What's going on ? All We want is our mail on a regular basis not whenever the Postal Service feels like delivering it. If I could give the Postal Service less then one I star I would. They deserve it. A very frustrated U.S.P.S. customer.

30 minutes to answer a phone call. Glad to see my tax dollars are being used exactly as I'd expect.

Went in yesterday and the staff (a women, and man) were both extremely rude to everyone that had even the littlest question. With the female employee being especially rude to new Anericans (not the first time I've seen her do this specifically to them).
