- DTDaniellea Di TatroApr 17, 20261.0I went to the post office to drop off a package where The postage was prepaid. The tape that I had on the box was not sticking well, I asked the clerk at the counter if she wouldn’t mind securing it with the clear tape that they have. She refused to give me a piece of tape, To secure the label. Is the post office that hard up for tape that they couldn’t give a paying customer a couple of pieces? She told me to take it home and figure out how to tape it up myself or buy a roll and stuff out of line. I drove 25 minutes there to get there before they closed and waited in a 30 minute line. I am also a paying PO Box customer. I will be permanently switching locations. Customer service is extremely subpar By the dusk clerk
