- KGKevin GarfieldJun 5, 20261.0US Postal Service has rapidly declined in service and Wells Maine is no exception. Not only is the service bad no one seems to care. I plan on using UPS or FedEx for everything I possibly can.

The tape that I had on the box was not sticking well, I asked the clerk at the counter if she wouldn’t mind securing it with the clear tape that they have. She refused to give me a piece of tape, To secure the label. Is the post office that hard up for tape that they couldn’t give a paying customer a couple of pieces? She told me to take it home and figure out how to tape it up myself or buy a roll and stuff out of line. I drove 25 minutes there to get there before they closed and waited in a 30 minute line. I am also a paying PO Box customer. I will be permanently switching locations. Customer service is extremely subpar By the dusk clerk
