Poorly managed. Mail and package delivery can be inconsistent, and misdeliveries seem more common than they should be. Overall, I've had a negative impression of how this office is run. Sometimes the staff is pleasant, and sometimes the staff can be rude and unprofessional.

Went there today and me and steady 5 or 6 other people picking up packages was turned away because there was only one person and they didn’t want to do their job. While I was there numerous people were pulling up and getting turned away. If your hours say open until 11:30 and your doors are unlocked at 11 how are you going to keep turning away people, I wish I had your name so I can include it in the report but it will be easy enough for HQ to find out who was the only person working Saturday, dealt with negligence from this post office since I have moved to Warren between packages not being delivered when they say they are, marked as delivered when it is not delivered, packages left in the mailbox with the mailbox open when there is more than enough room to close the mail box. There have been days where they totally skip us because they don’t feel like delivering the mail. For federal employees this is very sad. Our tax dollars are not paying you to half ass your job, anyone who doesn’t take pride in their work regardless of what it is disgusts me. There is absolutely no reason this many people should get turned away while the store is open and somewhere is there, there’s nothing more important he could’ve been doing than helping local residents get their packages before Sunday when they can’t receive them. I hope this will one day change but I find it highly unlikely
