I came in with a few questions about shipping multiple items out of state and they were able to direct me to the most affordable shipping options and package sizes to fit my needs. Because of their advice, I was able to save both time and money when shipping out what I needed.
- EPErin PelletierFeb 7, 20231.0They don't even try to deliever package in winter. We got a note in mailbox that they tried to deliever a letter that needs signature. No one came to door and knocked or even drove in driveway that is plowed and clean to drive and walk on. We have salt down. It's winter in maine.... it's also not hard to open our back gate and knock on door. When we call to schedule a drop off for said package they don't answer phones at all and just get busy tone all day.. in the past multiple times the delievery people have damaged my car for putting heavy packages on my hood of expensive car. They don't even repair damages even when you show them proof and have them on video. This service needs to be better and need workers who care and reliable and have a boss who can lead and teach.
