- EEEricPApr 17, 20201.0So disgusted with the delivery workers. Was notified this morning by text that a package I have been waiting to arrive for 3 weeks was finally Out for Delivery. Unfortunately, when I went to the mailbox after I heard the delivery truck stop at the mailbox in front of our house, the package was not there. We are adhering to state directives to stay at home and there have been 3 of us here all day! I checked the online package status online and found it changed to Held at Post Office per Customer Request. I did not request the package be held, and find it interesting that the post office would contact their delivery worker telling them not to deliver a specific package, after the package was Out for Delivery. This has happened many times in the past 3 years and Iim tired of such pitiful service. Are some delivery drivers bothered deby togetting out of their their truck to put a package on my sidewalk if it won't fit into the mailbox? Isnt that their job?
