  David was helpless today, saying that as a UPS store they were unable to print the adhesive return label needed to send a package. But, he said they'd be happy to charge me a printing fee to do just that. This feels like the child at Subway who said he couldn't put two more tomatoes on my sandwich the other day.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. I called ahead to confirm a notary was available all day because my friend, who is recovering from a serious car accident and using a walker, needed documents notarized. It took two of us to help her slowly into the store. There were no other customers, yet from the moment we said we were there for a notary, Matthew Lilley was abrupt and impatient. When my friends asked 2 simple questions about which sections were for the signer versus the notary (not legal advice), he responded rudely each time. After I said, “Ok, Jesus,” he refused to notarize the documents. Only after my friend explained how difficult it had been for her to get into the store did he agree, but insisted I leave because he “didn’t like my attitude.” It was an unnecessarily unpleasant experience, especially given my friend’s physical condition. I think the other employee working with him was also uncomfortable by his rudeness. it was that upsetting. A little patience and kindness would have gone a long way.

  Absolutely fantastic store! I needed to make several photocopies of a lengthy document. Brian and Joe were incredibly professional, helpful and friendly. If you are in need of making photocopies, I strongly recommend you visit this location and ask for Brian and/or Joe!
