- ABAnnette BuehlerDec 28, 20251.0I retired from the USPS, this office has consistently violated postal delivery regulations, not only for me but numerous other customers in the business district. Several complaints have been filed with only temporary appeasement. The carrier on this route seems immune from accountability or delivery regulations. Her vindictive attitude towards anyone voicing their concern on her incompetence is not an attack on the recipient but also the paying mailer. I am sick of her incompetence and the failure of her supervisor to hold her to the regulations draw in the DMM, POM and even her own CBA. The Christmas package was the last straw, the Nov package was a extreme example of violations, the Dec, pure laziness and disrespect for delivery rules. I'm not done yet.

She was beyond phenomenal, upon hearing her toot her horn in my driveway I ran out with my infant in my arms to get certified mail. Knowing I had my hands very full she held the scanner for me to sign and then proceeded to let me use her back as a table to sign the piece of paper on the mail. She was so sweet and courteous of the fact I had my hands full with my son, i beyond appreciate her kindness and patience with me as I know being a mail worker myself I’m only one of hundreds of stops on this hot Saturday

Thank goodness there is other post offices around to help when sending something out. The other guy that works in there has always been very helpful. But this woman was RUDE RUDE RUDE.
