Mail have those missing for weeks packages undeliverable at 2 a.m. packages and mail being delivered at 2 a.m. outrageous for a small town there is no reason for it. If you have that much of a problem give everyone a free PO box It will probably be cheaper than hiring in the subcontractors tgat can't do their job.
