- CCckApr 15, 20261.0I don’t know what it is about this post office but the workers there are some of the rudest postal workers that I’ve ever encountered. Every experience is awkward, stressful, and frustrating. I get that there’s a lot of customers coming in and out but man, it feels adversarial most of the time. This is over YEARS of service. Very unprofessional and disappointing that nothing has changed.

Came in to send a package and the lady behind the counter who was helping me was nice and polite. There was an issue with my package and while I was just trying to get clarification on the issue because I was a little confused and caught off guard, Jesse decided he would chime in and was aggressive and rude about it. All while he was also with a customer. Maybe get this guy some hospitality training. I just wanted to make sure in the future I didnt do anything that would prevent me from sending a package or cause any issues, apparently Jesse takes offense to that.

I watched him belittle an older woman in her 80s because she was confused and not understanding what she was not understand. Absolutely awful representation for this towns post office.
