  This is genuinely such a terrible branch. I had a package sent that I needed urgently on a Saturday and the USPS required a signature, which I was not informed about previously. I would have to wait until that following Monday to pick it up in the office. I go there right as they opened and they gave me a very unclear reason as to why they did not have the package, pointing out that it was the correct date but for some reason their delivery person had not left it in on that day because they were understaffed or whatever. I urgently needed this package for that exact day, which is why I scheduled it to be shipped and it arrived several days early. Because of this I have been royally screwed over. I was not given a an option to schedule a re-delivery either. I'm hoping that my package will actually be at this location the next day as they have said. Otherwise the USPS in this area frequently delivered packages days late from Amazon and once or twice I have received items broken or looking like they were dropped several times from the truck with how beaten up the boxes are. Seriously if you can use any other courier service do so.

  The woman with the white hair that worked at the service desk was of no help at all. My mail was supposed to be held over there, and the customer service phone number told me that I could pick my mail up earlier than the end date. But then the woman told me, "That's not the norm here." And then gave me a phone number to call instead of just going through the bins and giving me my mail like she was supposed to. She was very rude and I think that she is just useless. I would give this zero Stars if I could.

  I have not recieved mail consecutively in 2 months. The 1st time should have been enough. But it's been over 12 -17 times including today. Got a email telling what my mail is. Mail truck drove right by. NO MAIL AGAIN. EVEN THOUGH I GOT NOTIFICATIONS!!!!!! I GO out 1/2 hour ago. There is yet another mail truck feet from my house. No longer playing nice nice. Have already had to go the post office 3 times to pick up mail. Was told to rent a mail box. Really?

  Postal worker was super unclear and irritated the whole time I was speaking to him. Really unprofessional doesn't make me want to come use the service here. Threw my package in the bin and had zero regard. There was nobody else in the whole post office not sure why he was so irritated and bothered because he was obviously not busy. 👎 Update: after sometime away I returned and was greeted by an exceptional employee named Santos. This is what customer service should look like. He's a great addition. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
