  The local manager is in dire need of customer service skills. I wasn't going to post because I wanted to give him a "one off" but two weeks ago when I dealt with him he was rude, condescending and not customer service oriented at all. Today I was In again with important legal paperwork that I needed a copy of and he told me I would have to wait until all the other customers were helped first, even though there were two other employees. He made my copies but cut off all the page numbers and I asked him to redo it as I needed the page numbers, he said he would charge me again and it wasn't fair to the business if he printed them for free, even though it was his error. He have me a stack of paper and directed me to the self serve. A younger employee helped me as the other guy disappeared when I asked for his bosses name. Might want to consider letting him go. I read your reviews and a lot of negative ones about him.

  I was in this store to avoid driving to Staples. The woman cashier did not want to help a customer with an Amazon return. She was clearly struggling with the self kiosk, I tried to help but it is outside my expertise. The customer was getting irritated from lack of help from cashier. Then 2 ladies come in and ask for help with a box, cashier drops everything grabs a dolly and brings in the box that was bigger than her! She then was going to help them before the irritated lady and I! I said something and cashier then helped irritated lady, she ended up taping 2 small boxes together and charged her $4. Then the 2 ladies with the fridge box was charged $2 for tape. Moral of story, don’t get irritated or else you will be overcharged. Oh and after irritated lady left, I asked another worker how much he would charge to tape those 2 boxes and he said $2 lol THEN the woman cashier said to another customer”well, I almost made it a day without someone mad at me” I said to her, she wasn’t mad at her and not to take it personal and the cashier said oh I don’t take it personal and then I said you clearly did if your bad mouthing a customer to other customers!!!

  The manager Josh was so incredibly helpful to me. He helped me bring in four huge packages and attach the labels. I’ll be back to this location as my new home store since I’m new in town. 10/10!
