If I can rate this post office negative star, I would. This specific post office is even worse than some in third world countries I have been to. 1- If you have problem with your mail or packages and need to call them, there is ZERO chance they would pick up the phone. It happened to me like 40 times in the last 15 years and there is not even ONE SINGLE time they picked up their phone. 2- Package and mails are always delivered LATE. I’m not even talking about next day late. Sometimes its even a week late. 3- This is the worst part. They even delivered my packages to the wrong adress and it happened 3 times. I swear to god this is true. Our address is number 795 and they dropped off our packages at number 695 instead and luckily we are friends with people at number 695 so they instanly knew it was our mails. 4- Every time you swing by this specific post office to send packages out, there are like 7 booths opened but there are always only 1 or 2 people working. Sometimes it takes like an hour to wait for your turn. Serious tho, whoever in charge of this post office needs to be fired ASAP, especially with the way the manage the whole place. The only thing I like about this post office is everyone who works here are SUPER NICE and FAST, but it still doesnt help with such bad management. Do me a favor and bring your business elsewhere instead, UPS or FEDEX

The Forest Street location has continued to struggle to give us our mail. We opened a post office box for the period between the house we sold and the house we bought. We paid for the "street address" service so we could get shippments delivered to the post office. I am still missing two packages that were delivered on April 24th. It's now May 21st. This is unacceptable.

Absolute shambles have had a parcel stuck there since 16th February 2026. Missing parcel request made on 14th March still no response from anyone. Should be ashamed of your work ethics!!!!

Absolutely no way to get someone on the phone if you have issues. In person they've been fine, but there's more to a post office than just being at the counter. I understand the budget sucks, but the impact of automation is furious frustrated customers.
