Has to be in the running for the worst post office in the country. Every interaction is a challenge. If you're looking for incompetentence with a healthy side of attitude come here. You won't be disappointed.

I was wondering why the reviews were so bad for this place until I realized all the negative reviews are from someone who retired! I had a wonderful experience with two separate employees here and they were extremely helpful even when I had to come back the same day because I made a mistake.

Honestly I have never met somebody so rude and disrespectful as the older man that works there at the Poland office. There was quite a few people waiting in the lobby and he popped his head out of the door and asked if we needed something two of us told him that we needed stamps and he said I can't help you and slammed the door closed. So we were waiting for a gentleman to be done at the register so we could go in and try to get a stamp. 5 minutes later he pokes his head out and two more people come in and he screamed at all of us and told us we all need to get out and told us that the system was down. Which he did not tell us beforehand but instead screamed at five people standing in there. Fortunately the women in there are very nice but he is one of the meanest people I have ever met for no reason it is incredibly unprofessional especially for a government job. He definitely needs to be let go and I know these are hard times but nobody has the right to scream at people for doing absolutely nothing but trying to use their business for the services they provide. I'm sure he has his own issues to deal with but he cannot take them out on the public.

UPDATE: Old feller retired. ========= Older guy is horrendous. He is rude and outright ignores you. Someone said he’s deaf, but that seems not to be the case. For example: once I asked if he had my packages, he shuffled to a back room and got the packages. Never said a word. He never even asks the standard questions “ do you have any liquid, perishable.. “questions. Fortunately, he seems not to be there in the afternoon. Furthermore, and the bigger issue is that the Post Office no longer delivers to the door. You have to have a box at the end of drive big enough for ordered items to fit. If they don’t fit you have to pick items up. A lot of times I go to Auburn which is out if the way. It’s a way better experience there.
