First I tried to call them because the BMV told me to in regards of an ID we've been waiting on. I called the number that Google provided, got put on hold for a half hour just to find out it wasn't even for the Orono branch. When I finally found the number I needed I was told to talk to the delivery department since they apparently don't handle that stuff, then the guy on the phone gave me the number and just hung up on me. Very rude

Both were extremely rude and and always replied with snarky answers. For workers who interact with people all day, you’d think that they would have a little decency when talking to customers. I DO NOT look forward to the next time I have to go there.
- NNNJun 2, 20171.0Went there twice to do a money order. I swipe my card and it doesn't work. I ask if I can use the other card swiper (there are two), and the first time they let me and my card worked fine. The 2nd time, they refused to allow me to use the other card swiping machine and so I had to withdraw money from the ATM across the street for $3. The entire both times they sneered and acted as if I was poor because my card wasn't working, when it's in fact one of their machines being broken. How have these people not been reprimanded or fired is beyond me. Probably the worst service I have ever gotten at any non-restaurant establishment.
