- NNnebuApr 22, 20261.0Horrible customer service at this place and there always has been. I’m not the type of person to make a negative review but this was the breaking point. After waiting nearly 3 weeks for this package the driver said there was “no access” to my mail box. it said it’d be delivered next day and well it wasn’t. as you can see the tracking says it arrived at the post office this morning. since the package was 2 DAYS late i figured why not just go pick it up. when i got there i was met with a snarky, negative, and miserable grey haired woman that was disrespectful and not willing to work with me whatsoever. she said “i have two whole bins of packages i’m not going through all those just to find your one”. crazy to think this is a federal building. absolutely pathetic. avoid coming here at all costs. i’d genuinely rather wait at the DMV for 5 hours than deal with these people and their horrible service. 0/5 stars.

Forget about anyyhing that is bought from Amazon and scheduled for a Sunday delivery. wont see it. will just sit and keep getting re-scanned til Monday. UPS and FEDEX are both cheapet and quality of service is alot better. USPS needs to become a full govt entity and gutted not a quasi-govt subsidiary
