People don’t seem to understand how stressed the USPS system gets in a small town where everyone shops online. We are talking about a tiny staff trying to process 100 to 150 packages a day, yet people still expect flawless, top-tier service. When you have high volume and limited staff, time is a luxury we just don't have. Personally, I've never had a single issue with Dan. Dwayne, on the other hand, can be a bit short with people—but honestly, I get it. Anyone would lose their patience after being asked the same questions a hundred times a day. No matter who I order from, the packages always seem to end up flowing through the local post office anyway. Because of that, I’ve learned how to manage my expectations: if an online tracker promises 2-day shipping on a weekday, I automatically add an extra day to that estimate. And if you order something on a Thursday? You might as well shop local or get ready to wait, because that package isn't arriving until Monday. People just need to grow some patience. If you can't handle the wait, pay extra for expedited shipping or support a local business. Otherwise, just sit tight—it’s really not that hard.

He instructed me to visit a Manual Post Office, saying Milford is an Automated Office and can't estimate cost for customer. I am not satisfied with this level of service, Milford Maine can and should do better than this.
