- KHKristin HolewayDec 8, 20251.0Post office has refused to deliver 3 package to my home, they put on the tracking Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible. However, the driveway and basement door were clear and accessible not to mention these packages were small enough to fit into the mailbox and they were not left there either and no reattempt delivery has been attempted either. I have made a complaint online through the USPS website as having to have my husband go up there to see if he can find out where my packages are.

Constant problems from the trucks being "incapable" of traversing slightly slippery terrain to mail items being carelessly left, shoved into mailboxes without regard, and completely being misplaced. In a 6 day timeframe we had 2 different tracked packages say they were delivered but never arrived, all while getting other deliveries. Some days are better than others but for something that you need to know you are getting all of, with how much online shopping is done these days; some of these issues are certainly not acceptable. Not sure what needs to change over there, but something needs to give and the people of Litchfield literally have their hands tied.
