- KDKellie DeanAug 20, 20261.0I'm not one to usually complain publicly but this is straight up LAZINESS!! Lift the damn lid! I've called numerous times about drivers leaving pkgs wherever due to them just hanging them from my box after telling them numerous times they were medications that they could leave a note for me to go pick up at the office which they'd never do!! so I got a "BOX" clearly shown. I even moved it to the pull around part of my driveway so they could just pull through. The other delivery drivers have no issues using their hands to lift that lid. I've even been thanked by many drivers for making it easier for them!
- CIChris IoossMar 8, 20261.0Worst service I've gotten from a postalemployee since I've been in Maine. I usually deal with south Berwick and Berwick post offices. I send out about 10-20 packages weekly . They are very friendly and helpful at those post offices so I expected similar . I came in Saturday around 11am and tried to get a refund for an overnight that arrived 3 days late . Heather was the one "helping" me. At first I was told there was nothing she could do because they are not doing express. I told her it was a package that was already delivered late. She then told me I would need to do this online. I've done at least 30 of these refunds , I told her that is incorrect and its just a paper to fill out and you give me money order for 45 dollars. She then huffed and puffed to the back came back a few minutes later and told me she couldn't do it and would need to be reviewed. I told her that is incorrect. And she then said because it was close to closing she couldn't do it. Cleary she just didn't know what to do, she could have just said that from the start. I then asked for her name and she refused eventually she told me. Clearly she is not properly trained and she was very rude. Definitely will be sticking with the Berwick and south Berwick offices Much better service and very friendly.
- BDBridget DeBenedettoJul 23, 20252.0The cashier I had was beyond unprofessional, she was unpleasant and rude to me and the customer ahead of me who was a nice young male who never mailed a package before and was asking what to do.. we were the only two people in line, with no one else in there when we arrived so there was no need to be so unhelpful and irritated by common questions. She was short, looked to be in her 40s with the attitude of a grizzly bear ... beware!
