  Staples is already more expensive than many of its competitors, so you would expect better customer service to go with that. Unfortunately, the copy and print staff at the Falmouth location have been consistently rude, cold, and unfriendly for YEARS. The copy and print department is the main reason I go there, but I usually avoid interacting with the staff unless I absolutely have to. On my last visit I used self-serve, which was a relief. After more than 10 years of going to this location, I can honestly say the long-term employees in that specific department are the worst part of the experience. Walking up to the counter feels less like entering a business and more like inconveniencing people who clearly do not want to help you. It is unwelcoming, uncomfortable, and way too often feels like a DMV with the attitude you'll get from the staff. If Staples is going to charge more than other places, the least it could do is hire staff who know how to treat customers like they matter.

Management, please notice this post. Another employee was not very supportive of me while I was trying to use the public copy machine. He seemed put out that I needed help.
