- RMRenee MozeliakAug 21, 20261.0Terrible service, no communication or transparency. I received mail once last week, on Wednesday; it's now Friday, and I still haven't received any of the mail that was supposed to be here. There is no explanation from their end. The items I have arriving are time-sensitive and were supposed to be here before 08/13... One package says it was delivered to my mailbox at 10:47 last night, but nothing's been in it since last Wednesday. Get it together, Post Office.
- AFAmber FlachApr 8, 20261.0I had sensitive mail that had to be signed for. The envelope had my correct address on it but this location literally penciled in the wrong address over it. So my notice of mail that had to be signed for went to the wrong house. If it weren’t for a friendly neighbor I would never had known this was coming. When I went in person to pick up the envelope the lady took it upon herself when it went to the rating screen and gave herself the best rating (green smiley face). She should not be taking over the screen and rating herself, especially when my letters address was changed by them and not the sender.

Had 2 items (important) sent back to sender because I put my sisters mailing address on it and not the post office’s physical address? Whoever thought this system up is a genius. This town is not that big to not know where the package is going!they can’t atleast put a notice in the box and let you come get it before returning to sender?!!😡
