- CSChelsey SimmonsApr 24, 20261.0Careful, if you have any personal matters, go on. Because they will absolutely hold your mail. If they don't like you, they will refuse to provide you where your package is. They will refuse to inform you about anything even if your name is on the package. I have never seen such tacky distasteful behavior from a Post Office in my entire life. This is a federal establishment. This is not high school. This is not for people to put out their drama and attack people and withhold their mail from them, because they don't like somebody. Cindy loves to make herself very involved,in the drama specifically. I am escalating this issue.

We're blessed to have her - she always looks out for us by giving us the better deal for mailing packages and other such information. She even went out of her way to order beautiful greeting cards that we could purchase at the post office since we had so few alternatives in town. Thanks, Cindy, you've worked wonders!!
