- VGVannessa GallantMay 14, 20264.0The employees, and the office itself, are great. The workers have always been friendly and helpful. The only issue I've had- NO QR CODE SCANNER!! Come on USPS, give them a QR scanner so we can send packages without having to go find a different post office that hopefully has one, or that is actually open!! It's not like they are fancy or expensive anymore. I mean, cell phones can scan them! It's not the workers in Dixmonts fault and they shouldn't have to deal with customers who are unhappy about it, either. I'm sure they have to deal with those types of customers more than they would like to as it is. A lot of returned packages come with a QR code for the label, which is so helpful when you don't have a printer in your back pocket.
