- SWShawna WheelerMay 4, 20261.0Terrible. I get other people's mail frequently. And Friday, I was told my packages were undeliverable because my driveway & front steps were inaccessible. It's May. No snow, light rain. Nothing in my driveway blocking access nor my steps. I need the supplies for my work. It's been 3 days. Tried calling 6 times this morning (Monday at 9 am) & no answer at the Carmel post office. We are all working when you are open so how are we to reach you when no one answers the phone?

He’s thrown packages on my porch, mocked my dogs through the window, and just now I watched him run over my trash can at the end of the driveway. The staff in the office is always pleasant and I feel bad for them they have to listen to all the complaints I guarantee they get regarding him. He needs to be fired.
- SPSue PackAug 18, 20181.0Employees at this post office need training on customer service! I left work 1 hour early so I could pick up a package they were unable to deliver. Two minutes after 4:00 I was told they couldn’t help me! I explained my situation and she told me to come back on Saturday. I only hope that she is as inconvenienced as much as I was, some day !
