- TJTiffany Johnson1 day ago1.0The main delivery driver is USELESS and a liar! He doesn't deliver anything that he has to get out of his vehicle for, leaves slips in the box that say we weren't home when I was literally outside in the front yard. This has happened at least 3 times and when I spoke to the guy he lied about it. Your job is to deliver mail, that's actually the job! And try to say something to the postmaster...lol what a joke! They must be lovers or related because the postmaster RAVES about him saying he's the best they have. We also have not gotten the little freebie paper the entire month of May. Nobody likes the mailman I hear complaints about him all the time, but his buddy the postmaster likes him so I guess the residents of Canaan are SOL.

The postal worker took it upon himself to enter in the computer that I requested post office pick up and I did not do so... He did take the time to drop off the mail in the mailbox but must of been to time to back in the driveway as his job description says he supposed to do...
- LOlogen odellMar 14, 20261.0They will never deliver your mail they always claim that the road is inaccessible when it’s not just seems like a lazy town run post office imo 1in of snow on ground you won’t get your package and they don’t inform you that they can’t deliver untill there closed or already left and won’t respond just annoying having to go to the town post office to grab my mail everytime I order somthing whe they can just walk 30 ft to my door yard or drive there cars like ups and fedex do
- CCChuck CampbellSep 30, 20191.0The mail carrier is horrible! Most recently she refused to deliver due to weeds growing up around the mailbox. The mailbox is mounted along the roadside by the edge of the woods. The entire box is clearly visible and easily accessible, yet "unsafe to deliver to". Honestly, I put myself in the shoes of the mail carrier and can't come to any conclusion except she's ridiculous. She has terrible customer service! However, the older lady who works inside, very polite and respectful.
