- SSSusan StewartMay 5, 20261.0Most of the mail service I've received has been good until today. I had a package delivered that wouldn't fit in my mail box. Rather than bring it to the porch, this mail person just dumped it at the side of the road! (I don't believe this was my usual mail person) I tried to call the post office to complain and couldn't get anyone to answer. Fortunately I did have a notice in my emails that the package was delivered so I went looking for it. The mail person had the nerve to indicate it had been delivered to my mail box. Well literally yes, but I think that's supposed to mean it's in the box.
- CCCalebApr 1, 20261.03 times I have sent letters out to multiple family members across the state at once- and for some reason any time they go to Brunswick I get charged upward of $6 for an envelope with a photo and a letter inside. Something is not right if it's the same exact weight and size of letter but brunswick post office is the only one who charges me. Really sad I have to pay for postage, subsidize USPS with my taxes, and then they want $6 for a 3oz envelope.

I am standing in my driveway, literally looking at this fool and she drives off when I check my mail I have a note saying my mailbox is full and my packages can't be delivered! I also have a note say I need to sign. I created an account and signed electronically so I would not have to physically be home. This is the 5th time in 4 months this sub par behavior has happened. This is ridiculous! Can't wait to go in tomorrow!!!! Oh and yesterday they left my packages out in the rain! I have a covered porch!!! The UPS person figured out how to open the damn door. Apparently this person isn't smart enough to figure that out!
- BBBlurryDec 12, 20221.0No one ever answers the phone. Every time I order a package that has a tracking number it is delayed and always states “being held at post office upon customer request”???? It has happened the last 3 times. I’ve never requested it be held. I’m told that is their auto wording when package placed on incorrect mail delivery vehicle.
