He is always 'on the ball' so to speak; whenever I come strolling into the store, he gets my packages stacked and ready for me without my needing to provide my Paid Mailbox number. Avoiding having to repeat my mailbox number every single time is a small convenience which I greatly appreciate... Makes me feel a bit VIP. We always exchange pleasant repartee when he is there, something which I value. Having a paid mailbox here has become more than just a place to conveniently receive mail, it is place where I can go knowing I will be received with respect and courtesy by professionals such Shaun.
