Girl at the checkout has a serious attitude problem. Stood at the checkout line alone for a good 2 or 3 minutes before I finally said "excuse me can I check out" (her back was turned and she was doing something on the computer). With a heavy sigh and eye roll, she did reluctantly help me check out. In the course of the transaction the phone rang to which she said "I am NOT answering that!" Maybe she's just having a bad day, and I know it's hard to find good workers, but dang. Maybe working the checkout isn't the best fit.

If you loose anything in this Staples store be sure to ask manager who has access to the lost and found. I left my wallet on a printer and called the store, twice to ask about it. I also visited the store and left my name and number. Clerks each time said no wallet turned in. My husband then visited the store to check the video and asked to speak to the manager. Only this time the manager mentioned the lost and found, behold my wallet was there! Persistence and asking the right questions is key … in case it happens to you.
