  Harbor Digital Systems is phenomenal! Their responsiveness, customer service, knowledge, and professionalism are unmatched in my estimation. As Operations Manager for a residential care agency, I find them to be supremely dependable and immensely helpful in everything from HIPAA comprehension/support to the mundane tasks like email account maintenance. They find ways to save our company money and are surprisingly affordable considering how many areas of support and skill they offer. If you're looking for a provider in their field, I can't recommend anyone better than Harbor Digital Systems.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like I should share this. This company presents itself as very professional and advanced, but my experience didn’t match that at all. The service was disappointing, communication was poor, and overall it felt like a lot was promised but not delivered. When you’re trusting someone with your business systems, reliability really matters. Unfortunately, that just wasn’t my experience here. I’d recommend being cautious and doing your homework before choosing to work with them.

  Ben and his team at Harbor Digital have been taking care of my IT for the past couple years and they have been great to work with. Professional and personable as well as responsive to our needs. I highly recommend them to everyone.
