The parking is woefully short and the office is understaffed. The current staff work very hard and are forced to take short cuts in service just to keep their heads above water.

I showed up to return my PO Box key, and I didn't realize they closed soon, which was my bad. Instead of simply communicating that they were closing, the guy at the counter said, "Why are you showing up [swear] 2 minutes before closing time?", and angrily told me the process takes a long time. All I had to do was write down my name and contact info. I was out the door and in my car by 4:45, most of that time taken up by the guy rudely speaking & swearing. There's no need to treat people terribly who were nice with you from the start.
