  Always really really clean and well stocke. Would love to see a good clearance section wth actual 30-50 percent off origional prices or coupons or something but my go to for my office suppies aways

  Came in to do an Amazon return. The cashier didn’t seem to be familiar with scanning the product and return tag and did it multiple times. Later that evening I realized that I never received the confirmation email for the return and called Staples. The person told me I needed to come back in the next day to scan the QR code again. I got to the store, asked for the manager and was told to call Amazon and given a business card with the number. Total lack of customer service. Not even mildly helpful. This is why no one shops there.

  I want to recognize Rick in the Print Shop at Staples in Biddeford Maine. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always goes out of his way to help me. I use this print shop often, and every time I work with Rick, he exceeds expectations. Whether it’s answering questions, solving a problem, or making sure a project comes out right, he consistently provides outstanding service. Rick is exactly the type of employee every company wants representing their business. His knowledge, attitude, and willingness to help are a big reason I continue coming back to Staples for my printing needs. I hope Staples management recognizes Rick as the standout employee he is. He absolutely deserves the acknowledgment!

  I want to give a huge shout-out to Alex at the Staples in Biddeford, Maine for truly exceptional customer service. Earlier today, a friend of mine was driving from Boston to Maine when she realized she had accidentally left several very important documents on her kitchen table. She was under an extremely tight time crunch, so I recreated the documents and called the Biddeford Staples to see if there was any way they could help. Alex answered the phone, listened to the situation, and immediately gave me the email address so I could send the documents directly to the store. I explained that my friend would be arriving in about 20 minutes and needed to get in and out as quickly as possible. By the time she walked through the door, Alex had everything printed and ready for her. She was literally in and out of the store in three minutes. That kind of customer service deserves to be recognized. Alex understood that this wasn’t just a routine print job. Someone was in a bind, and he went out of his way to make things easier for her. I hope Staples and the management at the Biddeford location recognize what a valuable asset they have in this young man. Alex, thank you for being so kind, responsive, and helpful when it really mattered. You saved the day!
