- RDRoy DonovanMay 15, 20261.0They have this "thor" looking attendant with glasses who is incredibly rude. Mistakenly brought in wrong package for priority shipping when lable printed indicated ground shipping. Offered little assistance and a trip to family dollar for $2 yellow envelope to cover that package up and reprint lable to send out and tell "thor" tv magic 🪄 and by my own intuition and no help from "thor" I got it done ✅. Truth is Belfast, Maine post office lost all its veteran staff and the young bucks there are trashing 🗑️ up the place mentally speaking 🗣️. Best of luck.

- SSSusan StrangerApr 29, 20264.0Some of the reviews that are posted here are over 5 years old; I think they should be removed or highlighted as old. Staffing and policy changes may have improved service where it was lacking in the past. Current workers should not be given poor ratings for past performances of others. I think the Belfast Post Office and front desks folks are great. I think the USPS nationally is not run well causing delays in mail delivery but that's not the fault of the Belfast staff. I do think my mail delivery is on the every other day or every 3 day system but I attribute that to USPS national not providing staffing to allow for service that we used to come to expect.
