  I have a package that requires a signature and was home both day the driver put a tag on my door. No knock, no doorbell ring no nothing. I ran outside and he keeps going. He drives to my neighbors and he drives by me while I’m beeping the horn. I understand they’re in a hurry but this is ridiculous. I’m staying home to revive my package and he has no intent of trying to deliver it. I’d rather pay more for UPS or the USPS than this kind of service.

  I live in over an hour away from the shipping center. Maybe four times now they have required a signature for things I ordered, and TWO OUT OF FOUR TIMES they have claimed to attempt delivery three times only for them to not have ever attempted delivery at all, or attempted delivery to the wrong address. I literally sat RIGHT BY my front door all day and NO ONE came, but they claim to have attempted delivery. TWICE this has happened. I don’t live near the shipping center and cannot afford to waste the gas/2 hours of my life to go get something that should have been delivered to my door, that I took time away from work to literally wait for. And when you try to call them, you get stuck talking to an AI loop that ignores you the first 4 - 5 times you say you want to talk to a person. If I could avoid FedEx altogether I would.

  I had a prepaid paper that was notrisezed with a key for my insurance FedEx office was easy to find got a reciet for package . Insurance was told they would recive it in the morning . Lady at Desk was polite on a rainy day FedEx has many places in town to drop things off .

  Terrible service. Next day packages show up a week late, delivering packages to wrong address. Not sure how they are still in business UPS absolutely destroys them

  My delivery yesterday and today of tires were left in my yard not delivered to my front door and when we asked Zachary-michael (driver) about it just said oh well and drove away I would fire him if he worked for me I'm a 65 yr old disabled man who had to carry them up 4 stairs and in my house this is unacceptable Sincerely Donald Vaczy
