    Impossible to get anyone on the phone, and get this: the robot voice (good luck getting a human) has a condescending tone when "speaking". Holy cow I hate FedEx so much it's unreal.

    Worst delivery service! no number to speak to a human, delivery driver cant read signs to leave packages. Just dumps them against the front door of our business when there are signs indicating a drop box for deliveries on the building side. Terrible and worthless!

    This company is extremely frustrating to deal with. It takes far too long to reach a representative, and when you finally do, the issue still doesn’t get resolved. They have now delivered three separate packages to the wrong address. After the first mistake, I was told to update my delivery instructions in their system—which I did—but they continue to ignore those instructions and deliver to the wrong location anyway. At this point, it’s clear there is a serious lack of attention to detail and accountability from their drivers. This is not a one-time mistake; it’s a repeated failure. Unfortunately, I don’t even have a choice in using this service—the companies I purchase from select them. If I did have a choice, I would never use them again. I will absolutely be sharing my experience with others, because this level of incompetence should not be overlooked.
