  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you are looking for quality printing, affordable prices, and customer service that makes you feel truly valued, I wholeheartedly recommend PostNet and the owner, Mr. Vik! I love, love, LOVE great customer service, and my experience here deserves to be recognized. My experience started with a phone call about printing just 12 T-shirts. Mr. Vik was thorough, professional, and kind, and he gave me a very affordable price. When I arrived and saw the other services PostNet offered, my order grew. But what touched me most was that his customer service remained exactly the same. He gave my small order the same respect, patience, and attention that he gave my larger order. From the very beginning, he made me feel like a person whose business mattered. Mr. Vik is incredibly detailed and responsive through calls and texts. He takes the time to listen, asks questions, and keeps you informed. His calm manner, patience, and professionalism made the entire process such a pleasant experience. Something else that really stood out was his communication after payment. Their policy requires payment upfront, and I have had experiences elsewhere where, once I paid, I had to keep calling to find out what was happening with my order. With Mr. Vik, he was the one reaching out to me! He kept me updated, explained what was being done, and contacted me when he needed clarification. That kind of follow-through builds trust and shows integrity. When he encountered technical challenges with some of the photos I sent for my canvases, he took the time to ask how I wanted things handled. Honestly, I did not even know how to answer some of the design questions. I simply told him, “Mr. Vik, I trust you. I trust your work, and I know you can do it.” Sometimes you have to give an artist room to use their creativity—and he absolutely delivered! My canvases and T-shirts turned out beautifully. The quality, care, and attention to detail were evident in the finished work, and I am so pleased with everything. We are now working on my freestanding banner, and I am so excited to see it completed! The store itself is clean, peaceful, and welcoming. I felt comfortable and safe throughout my visit. I also observed how Mr. Vik interacted with other customers, and that meant a lot to me. Everyone who walked in received a polite greeting and the same respectful, attentive care. Seeing that consistency made my appreciation even greater. There is a difference between feeling tolerated and feeling welcomed, and as a customer, you can feel it. At PostNet, I felt welcomed, respected, and accommodated. Mr. Vik made me feel like a priority, not an option. When you are spending your hard-earned money, that level of care matters.
