This is exactly why I avoid usps for shipping especially around the holidays they even make my paychecks dissappear.

Nither one worked properly and my anxiety was though the roof. I am relieved to say I called the Williamsport post office and had the pleasure of speaking to THE KINDEST woman ever. She patiently gave me all the information I needed to walk in prepared for my upcoming appointment. I ended our conversation feeling 100x better. I felt like I could breath again. I wish we could go back to a world where we spoke to real human beings all the time. Thank you to this kind woman. The world needs more people like you!
