This branch has cost me a small fortune in eBay refunds. Apparently, they don't scan in the parcels from the night-drop, resulting in days for tracking to even acknowledge that you dropped it off, and sometimes not at all! In the past six weeks I've had orders delivered to Buffalo NY and Phoenix AZ and NEVER show up in tracking until they were delivered! In the AZ case, the guy filed an Item Not Received case and I had no proof that I ever dropped it off. The USPS system kept saying a label was generated, but the item was not received. Do not leave any packages at this facility unless you're prepared to stand in line and get a receipt. Pomfret is the only one I trust. They scan everything before it goes to the next destination.
NOTE: I used three different facilities (20601, 20675, and 20695) so it took me two months of tracking which post office was used to narrow it down.

I luv going to this location . I have become very friendly with the staff. They get on me for everything I’m doing and not doing correctly within a fun way. Marcia the front desk person told me I should only be coming to this location (LOL). Keep up the tremendous work ladies.

Shawty that works the front desk is kind of weird. Wish I got her name. Made weird assumptions about me.
But anyway proceed with caution.
