  The core basics for a customer service oriented position is not a requirement for some of the staff at this location. It's disappointing considering UPS normally prides itself on positive customer satisfaction. This location is normally a relatively convenient location with an overall decent experience but with today's unpleasant visit, it might be worthwhile to go out of my way and drive further elsewhere. I really hope the management at this location considers revisiting some core foundational training criteria for some of the customer facing members of their team.

  Absolutely terrible service by the front desk aside from one helpful employee. They do not understand what drop offs are or returns. Do not use this location.

  Here’s a strong but still respectful review you can post for The UPS Store: Very disappointing customer service today. I came in to return an item and forgot to print my return label at home. While I was trying to figure out how to email the label, one employee was very impatient and rude. The way he spoke to me made me feel embarrassed in front of other customers, like I was wasting his time just because I needed a minute to figure things out. I also had another item to return, and instead of helping me finish the process, he told me to wait for another employee to come from the back. When I asked why he couldn’t just continue helping me since we were almost done, he said he wanted to help other customers. The entire interaction felt disrespectful and uncomfortable. Customer service should make people feel helped, not rushed or humiliated. I hope management improves the way customers are treated here.
